Steve Young

Steve Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Sleep Number since October 2007, Steve focuses on the installation of automated conveyor systems to enhance product quality and ensure safe operations in the production of unique mattresses. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Harman Music Group from April 1987 to October 2007, initially as a Manufacturing Engineer providing product support, and later as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager overseeing new product introductions and lean manufacturing initiatives. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University.
