Yuvaraj Ravindra

Yuvaraj Ravindra is an accomplished Information Technology Solutions Architect with extensive experience at T.D. Williamson since September 2012. Responsibilities include Business Intelligence (BI) implementation, user training, CRM management, reporting, integration, and ERP data migration. Yuvaraj has successfully created BI models for sales insights and KPIs, while also digitizing and automating business processes using Power Apps and Power BI. Previous roles include IT Service Delivery Manager, where Yuvaraj led development teams, managed ERP project requirements, and oversaw Release Management strategy, as well as CRM IT Support Analyst, focusing on MS-CRM projects and global CRM-ERP migrations. Earlier career experiences include campaign management and revenue reconciliation roles at Belgacom and Belgacom Mobile, along with help desk support at Temenos. Yuvaraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RMD Engineering College.
