Tom Damiano

Tom Damiano is an experienced executive in the flavor and fragrance industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of T. Hasegawa USA since 2017. Previously, Tom held the CEO and Co-Owner position at Affinity Flavors from 2014 to 2017, where the company specialized in custom flavors for food and beverage CPG companies. Tom's career includes significant leadership roles such as President at Agilex Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. from 2007 to 2013, and Vice President of Commercial Development at Degussa Flavors & Fruit System from 2001 to 2006, managing substantial business units. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Flavors at Chr. Hansen A/S and Industry Manager at Givaudan. Tom Damiano holds a BBA in Finance from Temple University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
