Shuhashini Khan currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Consumer Products & Licensing at BBC Studios, a position held since April 2024. In parallel, Shuhashini is an alumna of the T. Howard Foundation and has tutored mathematics at Hunter College during the fall of 2023. Experience includes an internship at BBC Studios in summer 2023, where research and project management skills were developed, alongside participation in sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Student Welfare Commissioner and member of the College Association at Hunter College, where Shuhashini led various health and wellness programs, organized significant events, and supported student engagement efforts. Shuhashini has also interned at Matriark Foods, contributing to the company's sustainable practices and marketing strategies. Shuhashini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hunter College.

T. Howard Foundation
The T. Howard Foundation’s mission is to serve as a resource for diversity in the media and entertainment industry by increasing the representation of men and women of color. The Foundation is named after Taylor Howard, a Stanford professor who pioneered cable television satellite technology and who himself was a champion of diversity. Located in Silver Spring, MD, the T. Howard Foundation conducts a nationwide recruitment effort every year, visiting more than 60 public and private colleges to increase awareness about its Internship Program and to identify students of color who qualify for placement into sponsored full-time internship opportunities with industry leading media and entertainment companies, including but not limited to: AMC Networks, ESPN, NBA, HBO, Showtime, Discovery Communications, Comcast | NBCUniversal, Time Warner Cable, Scripps Interactive Networks, A+E Networks, NUVOtv, BBC, GMMB, CBS Sports, and Viacom. Since its inception, the T. Howard Foundation has introduced more than 900 interns to the media and entertainment industry, and more than 200 alumni of the Internship Program have secured full-time career opportunities in the industry ranging from entry- level to executive-level positions.
