Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at T.J. Wies Contracting, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects involving metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, carpentry, acoustical ceilings, and fireproofing. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. The team is led by the Senior Project Manager and includes multiple Project Managers and an assistant, all working collaboratively to manage resources, schedules, and client communications.
