Donna Groves

Donna Groves is an experienced professional in loss prevention and regional operations, currently serving as the Vice President Loss Prevention Director for TJX Europe since March 2016. With a strong background in management, Donna has also held the role of Regional Manager at TK Maxx since January 2016, and previously worked as a District Manager at both HomeSense and TK Maxx. Donna's career began at Woolworths, where roles included Area Manager and HR Manager. Educationally, Donna is a graduate of Glammorgan College, bringing expertise in people management, financial oversight, and business development.
