Joakim Johansson

Joakim Johansson has been working in the software development industry since 1995. Joakim began their career at Ericsson as a software programmer and went on to become a team leader for a development group. During their time there, they also spent two periods in Guildford, England to provide support for the Vodafone operator in relation to their first GPRS release. Joakim has also provided 24-hour customer support and has been on-site with various operators in the US, China, and Tanzania for support and troubleshooting. In 2007, they joined SonyEricsson and SonyMobile as a TroubleShooter, Programmer, and Staff Engineer, where they worked on software development for Android, mainly troubleshooting and correcting Google "cookies" within the streaming area (RTSP, HTTP, HLS). Joakim has also worked on projects from the early phase to the maintenance phase. In 2016, they joined Devoote AB and CMQ Nordic AB as a System Developer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined T-Kartor as a Senior Developer/Tech Lead. In addition, they have been investing in the stock market with their company JOJOInvest to see if they can live off the return of a stock portfolio.

Joakim Johansson attended Ronneby gymnasium from 1985 to 1988, where they studied Teknik och teknisk industri. Joakim then attended Växjö universitet from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Computer Science (80p). Lastly, they attended Kristianstad universitet in 1992, where they studied Företagsekonomi, handel och administration (20p).
