Jeffrey Florek

Jeffrey Florek is an experienced Building Automation/Control Systems Estimator at T.M. Bier & Associates, responsible for reviewing specifications, attending pre-bid meetings, and assessing project scopes since July 2019. Previously, as a Design Engineer at DADANCO, Jeffrey contributed to redesigning HVAC products, enhancing thermal performance, and streamlining assembly processes. Experience as a Project Engineer at QuEST Global involved facilitating design reviews with United Technologies™ and managing process flow diagrams. As a 3D Printing Engineer at CalRAM, Jeffrey collaborated with industry leaders to evaluate 3D printing for aerospace applications. Early career work as an Engineering Intern at Midstate Berkshire focused on implementing clean room processes, significantly improving production efficiency. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Springfield Technical Community College.
