Judi Mondello

Judi Mondello is an accomplished leader in consumer food research and development with extensive experience across several prominent companies. Currently serving as the Chief Research, Development & Quality Officer at T. Marzetti Company, Judi has previously held senior roles at Campbell's, where responsibilities included driving innovation and growth in the Meals & Beverage Business Unit. At The J.M. Smucker Company, Judi led a large team focusing on innovation for both Retail and Foodservice channels, significantly contributing to both top-line sales and bottom-line growth. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in product development at Sara Lee. Judi holds a Master's Degree in Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Walsh University.
