Lance Brown

Lance Brown is currently the Director of Operations Excellence at T. Marzetti Company and a Small Business Owner at Smoky Mountain Woodworks. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles in continuous improvement and maintenance excellence at companies such as Hearthside Food Solutions, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Halliburton, and the United States Marine Corps. Lance holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Angelo State University.
