Alex Shirley

Alex Shirley has extensive experience in the customer service and ticketing industry, currently serving as a Guest Service Representative at T-Mobile Arena since November 2022, where responsibilities include ticket scanning and troubleshooting. Additionally, Alex has worked as a Box Office Ticket Seller at Allegiant Stadium since July 2022 and as a Box Office Attendant at Las Vegas Ballpark since May 2021, using various ticketing systems to assist customers. Previous roles include Event Retail Associate for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, Guest Experience Teammate at S.A.F.E. Management, and Box Office Attendant for Cirque Du Soleil at The Mirage. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Western Kentucky University, completed in May 2020.
