Agnieszka Cypryk

Agnieszka Cypryk is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in strategy, digital transformation, and project portfolio management. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at NetWorks since April 2025 and as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Project Portfolio Management at T-Mobile Polska since April 2020, Agnieszka has held significant roles including Head of Corporate Strategy and Strategy Expert at T-Mobile Polska. Prior to these positions, Agnieszka accumulated valuable experience at Bain & Company from September 2016 to April 2020 as a Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant, specializing in various sectors such as healthcare, consumer goods, and financial services. Agnieszka's earlier experience includes research at ETH Zurich and project management roles at ABB and Procter & Gamble. Agnieszka holds a Master's degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Automatic Control and Robotics from Lodz University of Technology, supplemented by studies at Eindhoven University of Technology.
