Clay Holyfield

Clay Holyfield, PMP, is a seasoned professional in network engineering and program management with over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Network Engineering and Operations at T-Mobile, Clay leads a team of 10 engineers focused on core network and software implementation projects. Previously at Sprint/T-Mobile, Clay managed a team of 24 project managers, successfully overseeing contract spend of $5 billion and transitioning teams to new software deployment responsibilities. Earlier roles include Acting Manager Program Management and Senior Program Manager at Sprint, where Clay managed significant IT resources and contract deliverables associated with high-value contracts. Clay holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Friends University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Kansas State University.
