Craig Schaefer

Craig Schaefer is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering, education, and military service. At T-Mobile, Craig participated in the Leaders 2 Executives Program (L2E) and held positions as Director of Network Strategy and Operations and Director of Strategic Network Business Planning, focusing on customer-centric initiatives. Prior to T-Mobile, Craig served as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at the University of Florida, advising future Navy and Marine Corps officers and developing curriculum on Naval Weapons and Engineering. Craig's military career includes serving as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering drills and ensuring material readiness. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA in Strategy from the University of Florida, and completed graduate coursework in Nuclear Engineering at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, along with a certification in Lean Six Sigma from Purdue University.
