Cyrene Ratzlaff

Cyrene Ratzlaff is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Principal Engineer, Cybersecurity at T-Mobile since December 2007. In this role, Cyrene leads investigations and response efforts for high-severity cyber incidents and develops streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency. Previous positions include Senior Engineer and Senior Enterprise Information Security Analyst at T-Mobile, where Cyrene guided daily operations in the Cyber Security Operations Center and implemented critical security applications. Cyrene also worked as an SAP Security Administrator at Micron Technology, focusing on the full lifecycle implementation of SAP R3 technologies. Cyrene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management with a specialization in Cybersecurity from Central Washington University, along with an Associate’s degree from both Edmonds College and South Seattle College.
