Derek Potter

Derek Potter is currently the SVP of Total Rewards and Employee Experience at T-Mobile. Prior to this, they worked as a consultant for Apptio from November 2010 to March 2011. Derek also worked at RealNetworks Inc from June 2007 to November 2010 as Compensation. From January 2006 to December 2006, they were an MBA Intern for HR. Lastly, they worked as an industrial operations contractor for Weyerhaeuser from January 2005 to December 2005.

Derek Potter completed their masters in business administration from Oregon State University and their bachelor of science in business administration and management, general from the same school. Derek is certified as a compensation professional (CCP) and executive compensation professional (CECP) from World at Work.

They are on a team with and Jennifer Schnack - VP, Employee Talent, Development & Experience. Their manager is Deeanne King, EVP, CHRO.
