Dr. Michael Dienhart

Dr. Michael Dienhart currently serves as Vice President of Engineering & Network Operations at T-Mobile, a role held since August 2025. With extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, Dr. Dienhart previously held multiple leadership positions at UScellular, culminating in the role of Vice President Engineering & Network Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 550 associates and transforming team culture. Dr. Dienhart also serves on the advisory board of Vissers Battery Corporation, advising on business strategy and development in the energy storage sector. An accomplished leader with a focus on optimizing operations and improving project management, Dr. Dienhart holds a Doctorate in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
