Holly Andersen

Holly Andersen possesses extensive experience in human resources and people strategy, currently serving as Sr. Director, HR, People Strategy and Chief of Staff at T-Mobile. Prior roles include Director positions in HR Partner and Chief of Staff for the Office of the CPO as well as HR Partner at T-Mobile. Previously, Holly served as HR Leader for Supplier Management at Boeing and was also involved in marketing and sales within the company. Holly began their career at Nordstrom as a Retail Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Henry Cogswell College.
