Judith Chin

Judith Chin is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Cell Site Capital LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing operations since September 2014. In addition, Judith serves as a Project Manager at T-Mobile, managing the decommissioning of American Tower Company sites and acting as a liaison for various stakeholders. Previous experience includes a role as a Professional Project Manager at AT&T, where efforts focused on new site builds in the NYC/NNJ markets, and a Manager position at AY Strauss, contributing to the development of a subsidiary for property management and redevelopment. Judith also spearheaded process improvements at Unison Site Management, enhancing documentation and inventory tracking.
