Kate Blaylock

Kate Blaylock has extensive experience in employee benefits management, with a career spanning over two decades. Most recently, Kate served as Senior Director of Employee Benefits at T-Mobile from July 2015 to February 2025, following roles as Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to T-Mobile, Kate was with Eddie Bauer from August 2007 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing associate benefits and supporting talent and leadership development. Kate's career began at Toys R Us, where roles included HR Representative and HR Assistant from December 1998 to March 2005. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, obtained in January 2002.
