Kiran Mascarenhas

Kiran Mascarenhas is a seasoned professional in content design and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Content and AI Design at T-Mobile since January 2025. Previously, Kiran held positions such as Principal Content Designer at Walmart and Lead Designer at the University of Washington, teaching UX writing while contributing to user experience projects. Kiran also managed content design for Growth & Engagement and Trust & Safety at Pinterest from July 2022 to June 2023 and led content design initiatives at Facebook, ensuring privacy and consistency in content across AR and VR products. Kiran holds a PhD and an M.Phil. in English Language and Literature from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, completed in 2014 and 2012, respectively.
