Lawrence Carlisle (Larry)

Lawrence "Larry" Carlisle is an accomplished Radio Frequency Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving at T-Mobile since October 2013, where responsibilities include leading System Performance teams and achieving top national and regional network rankings across 5G and LTE Networks. Prior experience includes significant roles at Ericsson, where Larry integrated WCDMA clusters for AT&T, as well as at Sprint Nextel, managing RF projects and ensuring coverage reliability. Earlier in career, Larry designed a CDMA network for Northwest Ohio with Alltel/360 Communications and began a career in telecommunications at Centel Cellular. Educational background includes studies at Owens Community College from 1986 to 1988.
