Melissa Scanlan

Melissa Scanlan serves as the Vice President of Antitrust & Intellectual Property at T-Mobile, where responsibilities include leading the in-house legal team on antitrust matters, corporate transactions, and litigation. Notable achievements include successfully defending the T-Mobile/Sprint merger against state attorney general challenges. Previous roles at T-Mobile include Senior Director and Director positions, focusing on IP and corporate litigation. Prior to T-Mobile, Melissa held the role of Associate General Counsel at Infospace, managing complex litigation, and served as an Associate at Arnold & Porter, specializing in antitrust issues. Melissa holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in French Language and Literature from the University of Oregon.
