Merita Ismaili

Merita Ismaili has extensive experience in systems architecture and engineering within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Manager of Systems Architecture Engineering at T-Mobile since November 2015, Merita provides technical leadership to the Systems Design and Strategy team, overseeing T-Mobile's National Operations Support Systems. Previous roles at T-Mobile include Sr Engineer, where responsibilities included design and engineering of Operations Support Systems and vendor management. Prior to T-Mobile, Merita was the Head of OSS Engineering Unit at Telekom Albania, managing OSS domain activities, and served as OSS Specialist in Core Network Management Systems. Merita began a career as an Electronic Engineer at United Transportation, focusing on software installation and customer support. Merita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering (Computer Science) from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës.
