Michael Mercer

Michael Mercer has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, primarily with T-Mobile, where responsibilities include serving as the Sr. Partner Delivery Manager for the Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) application since January 2014. Prior to that, roles included business analysis and project leadership at organizations such as Premera Blue Cross and Seattle Public Schools, as well as consulting for Meteorcomm on the Positive Train Control program. Michael also held various positions at T-Mobile from 2006 to 2012, including Technical Delivery Manager and Systems Analyst, and worked at AT&T Wireless as a Systems Analyst from 2000 to 2006. Michael earned a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from The University of New Mexico.
