Pamela Porto

Pamela Porto is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer for Emerging Tech at T-Mobile since June 2025, Pamela previously held the position of Director of Design at Crema from August 2018 to June 2025, where leadership and mentorship of the Product Design team were key responsibilities. Throughout a career that includes roles at PPLSI, Barkley, and Sprint, Pamela has demonstrated expertise in creating intuitive and scalable design solutions for both web and mobile platforms. With a strong educational background in Graphic Design, including a BS from Park University and an AA from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, Pamela is adept at collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative user-centric products.
