Robert Bullock

Robert "Bobby" Bullock, PhD, is the Director of People Science at T-Mobile, where they manage a team focused on enterprise-level research and science-based products to enhance employee engagement. They earned a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from Seattle Pacific University, concentrating on job design and employee ownership. Prior to their current role, they held positions at Amazon Web Services, leading key initiatives in employee sentiment analysis, and at Scontrino-Powell, where they implemented various employee selection and organizational development projects. Bobby has also served on the Board of Advisors at Prana Business, contributing to the validation of strategic alignment surveys.
