Saad Khan

Saad Khan is an accomplished telecommunications professional with a robust background in network operations and service integrity. Currently serving as a Senior Service Integrity and Restoration Engineer at T-Mobile since August 2025, Saad has previously held key roles at UScellular for over six years, including Sr Service Integrity Restoration Engineer and Senior Service Engineer. Earlier experience includes positions at Genesis Networks, LLC as a VoLTE/IMS Engineer and Tier IV support Engineer, as well as a Sr Switch Engineer role at Cricket Wireless. Additional experience spans various engineering and network operations roles at First Communications, Level 3 Communications, and Vartec Telecom, Inc. Saad holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Communications and Management with a focus on Telecommunications from Devry University, complemented by prerequisite coursework in networking from Harper College.
