Stephanie Eaton

Stephanie Eaton, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and retail management. Currently serving as a Sr Internal Auditor at T-Mobile since December 2014, Stephanie analyzes project lifecycles, identifies risks, and reports findings to stakeholders and senior leadership. Prior to this role, significant achievements include ranking #2 nationally as a Retail Associate Manager in Q1 2019 and contributing to the success of T-Mobile's “Team of Pros” initiative. With a background as the owner of a successful catering company, Mamas Cafe, Stephanie led operations and managed a team of up to 25 members. Stephanie holds an MBA in International/Global Studies from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ashford University.
