Tom Cantwell

Tom Cantwell is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Network Operations at T-Mobile since April 2020, Tom oversees the Radio Access Network Operations Center, ensuring 24x7 surveillance and availability. Previously, Tom held similar roles at Sprint from September 2016 to April 2020, managing operations and analytics teams, and enhancing operational efficiency. Tom's earlier experience includes a Director role at Ericsson overseeing RF Performance Operations and service assurance, along with various engineering and management positions at Sprint Nextel, starting from 1995. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Management Information Systems and International Business.
