Tom Vaughn is an experienced professional in product design and user research, currently serving as the Director of B2B Product Design and User Research at T-Mobile since January 2021. With a strong background in customer experience strategy and data analysis, Tom co-founded The CSX Group, focusing on design thinking for enterprise and government clients from September 2018 to December 2020. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Amazon, where Tom launched a unified content marketing strategy for Amazon Prime and implemented Design Sprints for Amazon Payments, as well as a Global Director position at Microsoft, streamlining social content management.
