W. David Rapson serves as the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at T-Mobile since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading cross-departmental deal work and managing partnerships for T-Mobile Home Internet and T-Mobile Fiber. Previous roles at T-Mobile included overseeing content licensing and rights expansion as Senior Director of Content Partnerships and leading strategy as Director of Content Partnerships at Layer3 TV Inc., where significant content deals were negotiated with major providers. Prior experience includes Director of Affiliate Sales and Marketing at beIN SPORTS and various sales roles at Disney and ESPN Media Networks. W. David Rapson holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from Vanderbilt University, completed in 2004.
