Will Adams

Will Adams is a seasoned political strategist and legal advisor with extensive experience in both public policy and communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Policy Strategy & Federal Regulatory Affairs at T-Mobile, Adams previously held the role of Vice President, Strategic Policy and Planning. In addition, Adams founded Red Door Strategies, a consultancy specializing in political strategy, and served as Chief of Staff to Congressman Justin Amash, where significant legislative and communication initiatives were led. Adams has also contributed to various political campaigns, including handling fundraising and strategic advertising, and has worked in multiple capacities within the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Department of Justice. With a strong educational background from Georgetown University and Harvard Law School, Adams' career reflects a deep commitment to political strategy, effective communication, and regulatory affairs.
