Christina Junior

Christina Junior, EdD has a work experience history that includes various roles in different companies. In 2010, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Technical Trainer at BAE Systems. In 2016, Christina joined the U.S. Department of Justice as an Information Technology Specialist and worked until 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Training and Integration Lead at T-Rex Solutions, LLC starting from 2023.

Christina Junior, EdD, holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, which was obtained from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) in Human Resource Management from Trinity Washington University, completed from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, achieved from 2005 to 2010. Christina has obtained several certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2023 and May 2023, respectively. Christina also holds the Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2023. Moreover, they have a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which was obtained in 2021. Christina has also completed the ITILv3 Foundations certification, although the institution and specific dates are unknown.
