Donald Hersey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management, particularly within the Department of Defense Healthcare Management Systems Modernization (DHMSM). Currently serving at T-Rex Solutions, LLC, since September 2022, Donald focuses on tooling and process improvement for project lifecycle processes.
