Marie Charles, Dr. HA, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Operations and Technical Advisor at T-Rex Solutions, LLC, since September 2022. Previously, Marie was a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2008 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the FEHRM program director and managing program duties related to the impact of electronic health record (EHR) modernization efforts. Marie's experience also includes significant roles in the Defense Health Management System Modernization Program and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, focusing on software deployment and interagency collaboration. Earlier career positions included Project Manager/Senior Healthcare Consultant at Vangent, Inc. and support roles within the United States Air Force, where Marie managed human performance enhancement initiatives and public relations for Military Health System communications. Marie earned a Doctorate in Health Administration from Capella University in December 2021.
