Shernett Gardener

Shernett Gardener serves as the Benefits Manager at T-Rex Solutions, LLC since May 2017, overseeing the administration and compliance of benefit programs, including health care, retirement plans, and disabilities. Previously, Shernett held roles as a Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at The SEED Foundation, managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. Shernett's extensive experience in payroll and accounts payable was honed at The SEED Foundation and Systems Application and Technologies, Inc., with responsibilities including payroll processing, invoice management, and HRIS administration. Shernett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management with an Accounting minor from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
