Benjamin B. Cohen

Benjamin B. Cohen is the founder and CEO of T-REX, a financial market for asphalt derivatives. Prior to T-REX, Cohen was a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Bank Limited from January 2005 to December 2011, leading and managing an international team in developing and implementing the new financial market.

Cohen has extensive experience in risk management and capital markets transactions, having structured and executed debt capital transactions for energy producers and airlines. Benjamin was also one of the first hires for Macquarie's Energy team in North America, covering all aspects of the energy sector.

Under Cohen's leadership, the asphalt market has provided previously unattainable financial stability to the infrastructure sector. With their vast experience in financial markets and risk management, Benjamin B. Cohen is well-positioned to continue their success as the CEO of T-REX.

Benjamin B. Cohen attended Yale University and received certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7, 24, 63, 79.
