Madani Boukalba is the Co-Founder and CEO of T-RIZE GROUP, leading a platform that specializes in RWA Tokenization and investment opportunities in diverse asset classes, including real estate and carbon credits, since July 2022. Additionally, Madani serves as the Strategic Development Committee Director at ÉTS x T-RIZE Lab, focusing on innovative technology in AI and Blockchain. With extensive experience in capital markets, Madani held the position of Senior Trader at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2010 to 2022, where skills included international equity trading, risk assessment, and algorithmic trading.
