Doris Chiu has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Doris began their career as a Helpdesk Team Leader at Hudson in 2002. From there, they moved on to BNP Paribas Australia & NZ, where they worked as an IT Support Analyst and Financial Application Support specialist. In 2007, Doris joined Ticketek Australia as an Application Administrator before being promoted to Senior Applications Administrator and Development Project Manager.

In 2017, they joined Gruden as a Senior Digital Project Manager, working closely with clients such as Secure Parking and Frasers Property. Doris then moved on to Versent in 2019, where they worked as an Iteration Manager - Product, managing backlogs and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and delivery teams. Doris later joined AKQA as a Senior Project Manager, leading the digital transformation project for the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority.

In 2020, Doris joined Willow as the Head of Program | Product, overseeing the release of Willow Products across different business verticals. During their time at Willow, they also established the Program Management operating model, optimizing ways of working within the organization.

Most recently, Doris is working at T-shirt Ventures as the Head of Delivery, responsible for transforming the lives of disadvantaged Australians through innovative initiatives.

Doris Chiu has received education in various fields, including AWS Business Professional, AWS TCO and Cloud Economics, and Machine Learning on AWS - Business from Amazon Web Services. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from the University of Sydney. In terms of certifications, they have been certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance in August 2020 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in May 2020.
