James Ensley III, P.e., Ptoe

James Ensley III, P.E., PTOE, serves as Project Manager for the Traffic Division at T-Square Engineering, Inc. since June 2016. Previous experience includes positions as Engineer I in the ITS/Traffic Division at Atkins, and as a Traffic Engineer at A & F Engineering Co LLC. Education consists of a Master of Science in Civil Engineering focused on Transportation and Highway Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both awarded by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Research roles at the University of Tennessee involved projects related to Transportation, including Real-Time Vehicle Tracking and Highway Capacity studies, along with contributions to Water Resources and Pavement Engineering. Early experience includes clerical work as a Summer Office Assistant at Meharry Medical College.
