Leonardo Iamamoto Santana

Leonardo Iamamoto Santana has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Leonardo started their career as an intern at SPI Integração de Sistemas Ltda in 2006. Later, they joined T-Systems in 2008 as a SAP Basis Consultant, where they provided third-level support and managed the team's performance indicators.

In 2011, Leonardo worked as a SAP Basis Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, where they served as a consultant for major clients, such as BAT (Souza Cruz) and Natura, handling complex and integrated environments.

Leonardo returned to T-Systems in 2012 as an Architect of Solutions, specializing in SAP. Leonardo held this position until 2019 when they joined CSU CardSystem as the Manager of Pre-sales ITS, responsible for leading the pre-sales activities.

Currently, Leonardo works at T-Systems do Brasil as the Head of Solution Design for Cloud, SAP AO, and Security, where they are responsible for designing solutions in these areas.

Leonardo Iamamoto Santana studied at Escola de Engenharia Mauá from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Engenheiro de Produção. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation from Pink Elephant and Run Sap - Process Integration & Automation Optimization Expert SAP E2E Solution Operations from SAP. However, the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
