Gabor Futo

Gabor Futo has diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gabor was a Senior System Administrator at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. starting from September 2016. Prior to that, they worked at National Instruments for 15 years, where they held various positions, including IT Infrastructure Group Leader. In this role, they were responsible for managing the IT infrastructure in Debrecen, including Windows servers, storage and backup systems, Citrix application and mail servers, and local user and desktop support. Gabor also collaborated with remote IT teams and managed the data center in Debrecen. Additionally, they worked with the DataCenter-Storage Team in Austin, managing NetApp clusters globally.

Before joining National Instruments, Gabor was a Windows and AS400 System Administrator at SPAR Magyarország from 1997 to 2001. At Komárom-Esztergom County Police, they worked as an IT System Administrator from 1995 to 1997. In this role, they managed the Novell Netware servers, the Ethernet network, and provided desktop PC and user support. Gabor also contributed to the implementation of a structured IT network.

Gabor Futo's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology Engineering from Kecskemet College - College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, which they obtained from 1989 to 1990. Gabor also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineer, specialized in Computers, from the University of Obuda, Alba Regia Technical Faculty in Szekesfehervar, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
