Károly Tóth has extensive work experience in various positions. Károly worked as a Sales Operations Manager at H1 Systems LLC starting from 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Internal Support Services Competence Center at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. from 2012. In this role, they were responsible for customer experience, internal support design, performance management, and project implementation of innovative solutions. Károly also designed and implemented corporate policies and achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency and cost savings. Before joining T-Systems, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Golden Gate Global from 2011 to 2016. Károly started their career at Telekom HU in 2004, where they held various positions including Head of Performance Management and Infrastructure Department, Performance Manager, and Graduate Management Trainee.
