Telegdi Zsófia has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Telegdi started their career at Westel 900 Ltd. in 1996 as a Debt Collector and later became a Sales and Marketing Manager Assistant from 2000 to 2002. Telegdi then joined T-Mobile in 2002 where they worked as a Business Process Manager until 2005. In 2006, they moved to Telekom HU and served as a Corporate Customer Relation Centre- Team Leader until 2013. Currently, they are working as the Leader of the Competence Centre for the Corporate Customer Support Centre at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. since 2012.
Telegdi Zsófia attended the University of Szeged from 2000 to 2005. Telegdi obtained a degree in International communication expert, with a field of study in Journalism. In May 2018, they obtained a certification in Asszertív from Barra Kommunikációs Intézet.
