Kathrin Friedrich

Kathrin Friedrich has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design, starting in 2009. Kathrin began their career at Coox & Candy as the Geschäftsführerin, where they worked until 2014. Kathrin then joined T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH as a User Experience Designer, where they stayed until 2014. In 2014, they worked as a User Experience Designerin at Mädchenflohmarkt GmbH for a few months. In 2015, Kathrin moved to T-Systems MMS and held various roles, including Advanced User Experience Designerin / UX Consultant, Principal User Experience Consultant, and finally Head of UX Strategy & Consulting until 2023. Kathrin is currently working as the Director \ Mobile Frontend & User Experience at Telekom MMS.

Kathrin Friedrich obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Electronic Media and Unternehmenskommunikation from Stuttgart Media University from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have received several certifications including Forrester Mastering Customer Experience from Forrester in December 2021, Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI from IBM in October 2021, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in October 2021, CPUX-F from German UPA in August 2015, Google Adwords from Google in August 2015, and Google Analytics from Google in August 2015.
