Maren Denecke

Maren Denecke is an experienced project manager and coach with a strong background in learning and change management. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Coach, and Learning & Change Expert at Telekom MMS since April 2023, Maren has also worked as a freelancer since 2009, specializing in business and career coaching, strategic career planning, resource management, and conflict management. At T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH, Maren has held various roles including Project Manager, SCRUM Master, and Fachteamlead Young Professionals, focusing on the development of young professionals and consulting on Employee Journey and SAP Success Factors. Previous experience includes project management and learning expertise at Cornelsen Verlag GmbH and content management at Lernland GmbH. Maren holds a Dipl. Psych degree in Psychology from both Freie Universität Berlin and Technische Universität Dresden, completed between 1994 and 2001.
