Martina Schusterova

Martina Schusterova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and development within the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of the Education & Development Center at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia since December 2007. In this leadership role, Martina provides strategic guidance and manages activities that drive organizational growth. Previous positions include Head of HR Development, where responsibilities encompassed strategic consultation on qualification management and talent development, and Senior Training and Development Specialist, focusing on performance management and internal training initiatives. Prior to this, Martina worked as a Product Manager at PROCESNÁ AUTOMATIZÁCIA a.s. Košice, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of an e-learning platform. Martina holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering from the Technical University of Košice.
