Michal Kovacik

Michal Kovacik has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in artificial intelligence and software engineering. Since January 2010, Michal has been with Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia, holding various key positions including AI Strategy, Vision, and Implementation Expert, where there is a focus on aligning AI initiatives with business goals and driving meaningful adoption. Additional roles include AI Program Co-Lead, and Chapter Proxy for Software Engineering, QA, and Data, managing teams of up to 300 engineers and participating in strategic personnel planning. Michal has also served as Product Owner of the Chatbot Factory and ACA, Head of Software Development & Design, and has a background in SharePoint development. Prior experience includes roles at Siemens, T-Systems Slovakia, and NESS Slovensko, emphasizing software development and engineering.
