Rafael Romero Scola

Rafael Romero Scola has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rafael started their career as an Administrator of Systems at Cadena, S.A. (Textiles) in 1989 and stayed with the company until 1998. Rafael then joined Prosegur as a Jefe Sala CPD from 1998 to 2006. Following this, Rafael worked at T-Systems Iberia, where they held various roles such as Control de calidad and Analista de calidad. Rafael also served as Jefe técnico de proyecto and Coordinador de proyecto before becoming a Business Performance Management specialist in 2010. Later, they became an Ingeniero de sistemas and currently holds the position of Lead Information Technology Project Manager at T-Systems Iberia, where they are responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the necessary tasks and resources for project execution. Rafael possesses excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Rafael Romero Scola earned a Tecnico Superior en Informatica y Gestion de Empresas degree in Informática de gestión from CENEC from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they completed their BUP y COU degree with a focus on Plan de estudios y formación from Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros from 1981 to 1986. Additionally, Rafael has obtained certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2019 and ITIL / ITIL V3 Foundation from Tecnofor in 2008.
